Evaluation system

A unified approval system for clinics of the network of Participating Providers Over 10 years ago, we incorporated a system for the unified approval of providers (clinics). This system, developed by ADE®, incorporates all the information necessary for qualification or approval. We have established an obligation that, before joining ADE, all the clinics of our network of participating providers must pass the approval process according to the service they are to supply. This information may be collected in two ways: Our approval questionnaire, completed by the provider during one of our monitoring visits. We have two approval questionnaires, one for specialities and medical staff, and another on common services for all the dental clinics, and with requirements adapted to the uses of each country.  By means of the information and documentation provided by the dental clinic upon registration via our on-line platform in the system for registration of clinics, or via the recommendations made by our clients, (Insurers). Three levels of approval: A, B and C. We have defined three levels of approval: A, B and C, from the highest to lowest level of requirement. In the first process the clinics are approved at the most in section B. The criterion used for establishing the requirements for the qualification process is the quality of the service to be provided. To access approval level A, a very specific evaluation is made of the time the clinic remains as a participating provider of ADE®, the level of incidents and the time taken to solve them, should they exist, vis-à-vis the members/patients. The maximum period of validity of a qualification is two years. A provider may lose the qualification temporarily, or definitively, owing to repeated incidents, to bad performance of the contract or service provided to the member, or to any other discrepancy with our conditions.
