In ADE® we take on the commitment of Total Quality and Continuous Improvement applied to all processes, practised by all the professionals of the company and in all the rigorously selected participating clinics.
Quality – ISO9001:2008 Certification
In ADE® we are certified for the activities of Management and Provision of Insurance and Dental Services in accordance with the requisites of the ISO9001:2008 standard.
The company always pursues Total Quality in the management of dental services for Insurers and aimed at their patients.
Excellence – Club Excelencia en Gestión
In ADE® we have a commitment to Excellence backed up by EFQM. ADE® is a member of the Club Excelencia en Gestión (Management Excellence Club), the official representative of the EFQM.
Applied Total Quality
The Applied Total Quality of ADE® is “part of daily life” in our team, suppliers, dental clinics, Insurers, members/patients and other interest groups. In ADE®, our ISO9001:2008 certification is a daily task of Applied Total Quality.
In 2011, our ratio of incidents in relationship with the services provided in our network of clinics was below 0.02%.
