We regularly assess satisfaction levels
In ADE® we have systematised mechanisms for assessing the satisfaction levels of:
· Insurers
A systematic evaluation is made of the opinion of management and/or the regional delegate or representative to assess the fulfilment of the commitments set both in the agreements established and in the services provided by ADE®.
· Cuadro Médico
Mainly focused on discovering the satisfaction level of dental clinics in their relationship with ADE®.
· Insured members/patients
A random survey is carried out of a representative sample for the purpose of assessing the perception of quality of the service offered by the participating providers of ADE®, both in the treatments received and regarding satisfaction with the solving of incidents and claims.
